Hello World! This is my first blog post and my first recipe, Pasta Carbonara!

I’ve been doing a lot of cooking at home since we are not going out to restaurants because we are social distancing to prevent spreading Covid-19, (who knew “Social Distancing” would be the big verb of 2020).  I’ve been reading food blogs to get recipes and decided it would be fun to start a blog too.  I’m a Software Engineer by day, and an amateur cook at home.  Since this is my first blog and first recipe, I thought I would start with something easy and delicious, Pasta Carbonara.  I think the salty and savory flavor of the bacon tastes delicious with the creamy sauce made from eggs and Parmesan cheese.  I hope you enjoy it!  Buon Appetito!
